Whistler village in beautiful BC, Canada is the perfect place for an engagement proposal during any season. This couple came to Whistler resort for a vacation and got engaged in the quiet location called Rebagliati Park next to the village. The gentleman hired me in advance of their arrival to the resort and the engagement ceremony was shot candid style so she could be surprised with the photo prints the next day. The traditional looking covered wood bridge makes for excellent portraits when it combines the tones of the natural elements. The Fairmont Chateau Whistler is a great place for a fancy après engagement celebration along with photography in the lobby or courtyard.
