Luxury restaurants are always great to photograph when everything is setup super nice in advance of the photo shoot date. This commercial restaurant is located in Squamish along HWY 99 in British Columbia, Canada which is halfway from Vancouver to Whistler. It is a quiet place that has many great features that are available for a memorable group dining experience. The food is really good and the setting has a luxury feel to it along with a nice view of the surrounding park. The beautiful mountains of the Pacific coast surround this restaurant location in the lower mainland area. I was hired by the restaurant owners to photograph the location so they could use the photos in the company marketing materials. The restaurant photos were also featured on the hotel promotional website. I used the latest Ultra Wide 16 mm to 35 mm lens from Canon combines with the Canon 5D Mark 2 body for this photo shoot. This combination of gear produces nice location photos when used with a tripod and 580 EX 2 flash. The client was provided with the entire set of photos on data DVD disc in full resolution JPG format. These photos below are from the restaurant location photo shoot in Squamish, BC, Canada. The best part was that the photographer gets to eat lots of free food during the photo shoot as the chef prepares the fancy items from the menu.
