This was an excellent Spring season wedding ceremony and reception held at the deluxe Nita Lake Lodge location in Whistler, BC, Canada. The sun was out and shooting on the lake that is beside the lodge was great. It was a small wedding with nice details and a very relaxing afternoon marriage celebration. The green trees in the distance and the reflection of the lake worked out very well in the wedding portraits after the ceremony. This amazing sparkler photograph was taken at night on the private roof top patio of the lodge that is located in the Creekside area of the resort. You can see the side of Whistler mountain in the background of the photograph. The bride and groom made the heart shape with their arms as they held the lit sparklers to produce the artistic effect in the photograph. A two second shutter delay was used to capture the path of the lit sparklers as the glowed.
